        I. Concept of Los Santos Cartel

        Los Zetas Cartel is a cartel who just born in 2018 along with the destruction of Cortez Drugs Rings (Lead by Xaviero Cortez). This small cartel is one of Guadalajara Cartel who led by the most 3 notorious persona, Miguel Angelix Gallardo, Rafael Caro Quintero, Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo.   Los Santos Cartel is an organization based of Hispanic immigrants around San Andreas, especially Los Santos, USA. Formed and Based out of Mexican Guadalajara Cartel Circle. This OCG (Organized Crime Group) operating their operation around Los Santos City and state county Montgomery. This small crew were founded by Ruben Pareja and Nacho Garcia which connected by Cortez Drugs Ring as El Capitano a few months ago. When the Colombians are spreaded out after the big raid happened and ruined the Organization, Nacho survived and he left Los Santos and heading up to Guadalajara for meeting up the Jefe. Nacho building up small crew with under Mexican Guadalajara Cartel's command. This crew holding the responsibility and being the first responder for Guadalajara in Los Santos. After few months Nacho and Pareja building up small empire around Vinewood, Nacho left the town and go to Medellin, Colombia for a meeting with unidentified client from there. The meet-up will be at Hotel La Mansiones in the fifth floor. Nacho meets the client and the client was Jorge Boutrigo, the second captain from Cortez Drugs Ring. Jorge also with his partner Miguel Reyes or known as Tres Lobo or means "Third Lobo" gathering up with Nacho's crew and working together to start building up the new Cartel empire.   The world knows that the cartel already dead a long ago, but infact the wheels is still rolling really fast. The business expanded from town to town, to nation to nation, they created a lots of business opportunity in a lots of States Nation. The Guadalajara Cartel as we known, been distributed more than 100 tons of Heroins, Cocaine, and dry weed every year.
 

      II. Early History of Los Zetas Cartel

      Los Zetas Cartel was born because of Cortez fallen empire. During the mid of 2018, the Cortez’s hideouts were raided by the authorities after doing various of investigations. They were suspected shipping over hundred kilos of cocainoss RvI3.pnges and had of various charges including of murders and robberies. The organization was led by Xavier Cortez, the previous druglord in Los Santos who got caught travelling to Guadalarajato meet his relations through Airport in Los Santos. Then, some of notable members got caught during the raid including Rafael Diaz and Adrian Iraheta who got caught in Bone County while making their way for drug transaction with a biker gang. Unfortunately, one of important roles in Cortez cartel, Fernando Palacios and his soldiers deceased during the raid in his hideout. Most of Cortez’s members sentenced to 25 years without parole due of severe charges they were   holding including the three key members.

They once been confronted with Cortez himself because of business rivality. They lose once, after the Cortez defeated by the DEA, its their big windows to reach in to the glamour city of Los Santos. The small cartel contain the people from all around the County Side, Las Venturas, and San Fierro. The first person who know Cortez was fallen is Ruben Pareja also known as Big Boy Ruby. He always work together with a man named Nathan Ojeda, or we can say they’re business partner. Once they arrived at Los Santos, they start their business by buying a apartement complex on the western side of Los Santos, Vinewood. The place where the rich and the glamor fight for popularity. Ruby think it the suitest place to start their business underground. The operation in Los Santos start smoothly with zero problem.

After a week of operation, the man who been slipped inside Cortez a long ago by Miguel Gallardo, Ramon Quintero was joined the operation of Los Santos. Ramon also known as Romeo, is a spy that being putted by Miguel on Xavier’s regime. Romeo is the “eye-and-ear” of Los Santos for the operation. Untill the fallen of Cortez, much of his trusted soldiers being left alone in the cartel world. That’s why much of Cortez’s soldado joined the operation under Romeo’s approval. There’s Jorge Boutrigo, Nacho “Old Man” Garcia and Miguel Reyes. They all are the person left that not leaving Los Santos. They come to Ruben for a reason, to build the regime back under their own name.

The operation in Los Santos, were led by Ruben Pareja, Jorge Boutrigo and Nacho Garcia for a reason. To stabilize the connection between Ex-Cortez and the Guadalajara Cartel. They seems very likely doesn’t want any noise between their own members. That’s why they decided to merge the operation into two crew.

             III. The Pasadenas & Eastmoor Finest

                 In the time they made the crew, its fullfilled by well-known name. Started from a Cortez’s trusted Lobo, Miguel Reyes, and couples of Cortex ex-worker, Jose Carvalho. Eastmoor Finest went very smooth in every operation. The Eastmoor’s members are Pasquille Torrijos, Nathan Ojeda, Raymundo Salazar, and Jose Carvalho. The Pasadenas contain Nacho and Boutrigo himself, Miguel Reyes, and Ramon Quintero.
